Good to know
- Gift balance never expires and has no fees.
- A gift card for someone else is a code. We email it to them if you give an address, and you can always see it in the game. It can be redeemed a day after payment (up to three days for some purchases).
- Treat a code like cash: whoever redeems it first gets it. Only send it to the person it is for.
- Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. A card bought with a stolen or disputed payment can be canceled.
- An account can hold up to $2,000.00 of gift balance.

Do I need an account to buy one?
Yes. Sign in to your XETODUS account (it is free) with a verified email address. The person you give the card to needs their own free account to redeem it.
Can I use gift balance on Steam or in the Android app?
Balance you add in the Steam version or the Android app is spent there and on this website. Balance from a gift card redeemed on the website is spent on the website.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Type the code on the Redeem a code page, or in the Vanguard store in the game.
