Refund Policy
We want every purchase in XETODUS to feel fair. This policy covers the Vanguard Charter subscription and Aether packs, sold by Legend Games LLC and billed through Stripe.
The short version
If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Players in the EU and UK can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of the first payment for a refund of the unused part.
Vanguard Charter
- Cancel any time with Manage subscription in the game. The Charter stops renewing and your perks last until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
- Billing mistakes (a double charge, a renewal you cancelled in time, a charge you do not recognise) are refunded in full when you tell us within 14 days.
- EU and UK withdrawal right: you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of the first payment. We refund the unused part of the period, calculated by days.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel in the first 14 days of a new yearly plan we refund the unused part; after that, the plan runs to the end of the year.
Aether packs
- Aether is delivered to your account as soon as payment succeeds. In the EU and UK you can withdraw from an Aether purchase within 14 days for the Aether you have not spent, unless you expressly agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right.
- If Aether never arrived, arrived in the wrong amount, or you were charged twice, we fix it or refund you.
- Refunded or disputed Aether is removed from your account (never below zero).
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund", from the email address on your account, with your username and the date and amount of the charge. We reply within a few working days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually solve it faster. Purchases reversed by a chargeback are removed from the account, and accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
