The Moon Eater
Crown machine world: coolant vents, drone tides and a tidal shear of its own
Mechanics
- Coolant Vent Gates at 85/65/40/20%: four vents make it impervious until destroyed, and each vent fights back.
- Tidal Shear: a 30 km pulse every 90 s that tears heavy hulls and barely scratches fighters. Run the small ships.
- Drone Tides: strike-craft waves every 35 s from the first phase, twice as many below 40%.
- Below 20%: siege barrage and reactor pulses, and it enrages.
- Designed for a full fleet. A single pilot cannot out-damage it.
Drops
The wreck holds no loot. Everyone who deals at least 2% of the contribution and is still fighting at the kill gets their own loot rolls and chooses cargo or the nearest station: a Crown-Forged module and Exodus Core Fragments for all, Epic and Legendary gear, Ark Schematic Fragments and Wormhole Lens Shards by contribution share, and the boss's trophy for the top contributor.
