A capital-rated fold charge. It lets a capital hull (a fighter tender, flagship, fleet support ship or behemoth) recall to your home station the way a Homeward Tether recalls a smaller hull: a 10 second channel, a nearly empty hold, Secure space or a dock, once every 3 hours. One charge per recall.
