Overview

Surveying moons with Seismic Beacons and building drill rigs on their deposits (Vanguard Charter). Rigs stay where you build them, work while you're away and are visible to every pilot on the moon. Keep them fueled and land beside them to collect. Trained by collecting, surveying and building rigs.
