Homeward Tether
A coil of drive-tuned filament that locks onto your home station's beacon and reels your ship in. Use it from your hold or hangar: after a 10 second channel you and your active ship arrive docked at home. Taking damage, a weapon lock, a warp, a jump or a dock cancels it and keeps the Tether. It works in Secure space or from a dock, only with a nearly empty hold, never from a capital hull, and you can use one every 3 hours.
