The Kheper Syndicate

• Powers

The shipwrights' and miners' guild of the Kheper Expanse, seated at Selnem. Everything in the cluster was dug, built or hauled through Kheper, usually at a margin. Its jump gates are copies of alien ring geometry that nobody fully understands. Its underwriter, the Keelwright Mutual, writes the Hull Bonds.
